Southern Tide Golf Carts accepts payment for golf carts, vehicles, accessories, parts, and other products or services using the payment methods made available at the time of purchase.

3. Pricing and Charges

Product prices are displayed or quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

The total amount due may include the product purchase price, applicable taxes, delivery or transportation charges, installation charges, accessories, or other fees disclosed before purchase.

Southern Tide Golf Carts reserves the right to correct pricing, typographical, inventory, or other listing errors. If an error affects a transaction, we will contact the customer before completing the order when reasonably possible.

4. Deposits and Vehicle Purchases

Golf carts and other vehicles may require a deposit or partial payment to reserve or begin processing a purchase.

Where a deposit is required, the applicable amount and payment terms will be communicated to the customer before payment is made.

A deposit does not automatically guarantee a vehicle reservation unless Southern Tide Golf Carts has confirmed the reservation in writing.

5. Payment Authorization

When you submit payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be subject to authorization, verification, fraud screening, or other security checks performed by Southern Tide Golf Carts or its payment service providers.

We may decline, delay, or cancel a transaction if payment cannot be authorized or if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or other payment-related issues.

6. Credit and Debit Card Payments

Card transactions may be processed securely through third-party payment processors. Southern Tide Golf Carts may not have access to or store your complete card number.

Your card issuer may place an authorization hold or require additional verification. Any such authorization or hold is controlled by your financial institution or payment provider.

If financing is offered or made available through a third-party financing provider, the financing agreement is between the customer and the applicable financing provider.

Approval, interest rates, payment schedules, credit requirements, fees, and other financing terms are determined by the financing provider and are subject to its separate terms and conditions.

8. Payment Confirmation

After a successful payment, customers may receive a confirmation by email, phone, receipt, invoice, or another available method.

Customers should retain their payment confirmation and purchase documentation for their records.

9. Refunds and Payment Reversals

Approved refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

10. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, incomplete, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, Southern Tide Golf Carts may request an alternative payment method before processing or releasing the order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by a customer’s bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other third-party financial institution.
